RNLI Queensferry Lifeboat was launched to a report of two casualties cut off by the tide at Cramond Island.
The lifeboat crew located a male and a female on the island and embarked them on the lifeboat. There was sufficient water to land the pair at Cramond Harbour where the local coastguard unit was waiting. Other than being cold the two required no first aid and the lifeboat was stood down.
